Adama Restaurant is named after the second largest and warmest city in the heart of Oromia State in Ethiopia. It is located 45 miles southeast of Finfinne/Addis Ababa, Capital City of Ethiopia. I love sambusa and these are my new favorites. Lentils were tightly packed and seasoned very well. My pickup order didn’t include any dipping sauces so my only complaint was that they were a bit dry (as in nothing to dip in, not dry inside), but I’d definitely buy them again!

The beef in this one tasted reheated. I’m sure the recipe is great but my order probably suffered for being warmed up several times.

I asked for these to be well done in the app which was probably a mistake on my part. The beef turned out dry and overcooked. Next time, we will order medium well not well done. The person whom this order was for ended up eating the zilzils instead.
